They are Asian carp. A nasty invasive species.

Their signature sign is that they jump out of the water when they detect disturbance in the water. Some people have been injured badly because of this.

They have caused so much havoc to native species in North America.....one of the all time worst things to happen to ecosystems here...and we are losing the battle (this video is from 2 years back)
