what if he didnt play the complete song but was rather interested in only a 5 seconds part.

So 5*1,000,000=5,000,000 seconds
5,000,000/60=83333.3333 minutes
83333/60=1388.889 hrs
1388.889/24=57.87 days

so highly possible that Mason Lagart was telling the truth. Shame on those who doubt others without any reason. In fact he could listen to 30 seconds part and still his claim can be true.
