Mr. Who Is Stopping You, also known as Mr. Gulp, is a political figure of Pakistan.

He has become a meme character since he trolled an interview to CNN in May, 2012.
“Who’s stopping them” was his reply to a question about an alarming percentage of the people wanting to flee the country, hence the name Mr. Who Is Stopping You.

His second name is Mr. Gulp which not only is in line with meme nomenclature trend, but also exhibits his traits like corruption, greed, idiocy and stubbornness.

Mr. ‘Who Is Stopping You’ can be used as a placeholder for words when you want to give someone the go-ahead to do whatever they want.
Mr. ‘Gulp’ can be used alone or alongside Mr. ‘Derp’ and Mr. ‘Herp’ in an internet slang if the message to be conveyed involves corruption, greed or stubbornness.

KARACHI: Forty nine dozen bananas were stolen from the heavily guarded red zone of Karachi.

The bananas were stolen from the Five Star Hotel on May 12. The administration of the hotel filed a complaint at the Artillery Ground Police Station on May 14.

The police have been unsuccessful in apprehending the culprits behind the crime.
