Atleast I never seen one, and I watch alot of TV! News channels, entertainment channels etc.

These things are like a social taboo here as much as I have observed. Seen them tucked away in some chemist shops and pharmacies, but not media exposure.

"saathi hai saab kay saath" - (saathi meaning mate) was the tagline for condoms and birth control ads have run in the past coming from Sabz Sitar (Green Star) and ministry of population welfare (i believe that's what it is called?)

if i remember correctly if you needed one no need to say i need a c.o.n.d.o.m just "saathi chahiye"

on an another note Sab mazloomoun ka saathi hai Altaf........ new meaning to the song
