Egypt....despite the political upheavals...Also they are culturally rich and have a dynamic private sector and an economy that is not dependent one single commodity. Thats important, as the mil has a good grasp on prvt and pub enterprises

I would say Saudi, but they totally lack battle experience . In terms of equipment, Saudi and UAE are almost on par. They do have the americans though

Maybe an under sea fresh water pipe running along side an oil pipe both of which go in the opposite directions can be useful.

Saudi Cabinet was considering diverting all the wasted water of the Euphrates rivers into KSA to make an artificial river. In the end it was cheaper to drink sea water than to drink river water.....
