I want navy to have at least 6 subs, 6 frigates, 12 corvettes, lots FACs and at least 2 large destroyers, lots of helis and an
advanced anti-sub warfare capability. Should be sufficient to fend off against all kinds of threats. We should have bigger concerns than myanmar.

They are all dreams as of now, unfortunately! But lets be positive..we might even have them someday.

6 Frigate Type 54 from China - with C-803
16 Corvettes with C-803
30 - FAC and Missile boats all equiped with C-803
6 Subs - Kilo class possibly with P-1000 Vulkan
24 - Mig 29 for Maritime strike fighter
2 - Petrol Aircraft
1- AWACS
6 Helis

with my menu we can just put Slava Cruiser in the middle of Bay of Bengal with 2 subs and 6 corvette all around it and then let the rest to play the game...

I think the best thing for the BDs is to with the Chinese Frigates, Corvettes, Mine Hunters, FACs and SSKs....

mmm...those things have a range of 500-700 km. Likely to be downgraded variants if we manage to get them. Good list though.

I'd rather prefer something better than the MiG-29.

Well with our limited budget we cant afford F-18 anyways... Mig 29 will do the job very well.

I don't think budget is the problem, we could buy those from monte negro and study them. The fire control, the weapon guidance system and etc. , may be we build an indigneous one with ToT and they will serve one more purpose, they will increase the numerical strength of BN.

He was referring to the US-made F-18 Hornet.
