Fresh organic vegetables plucked from the plants in kitchen garden or the farms, eggs collected from free range and naturally fed hens, and grass milk, butter and meat from the grass fed cattle..are the best

absolutely you deserve a organic meal. feeding grain to cattle causes them to be sick.
