actually the traffic warden was right, he was in no position to chase, he was alone and it was easy far robbers to open the fire at him, what they should have done is chase them in car, or the warden should have taken some cover and then open fire

Unhappily this sort of free possession and use of guns in Lahore appears to be "more of the same thing" which I saw in Lahore on various visits there during my USAF US Embassy tour of duty from 1963-1965. You, I am sure, realize that a falling bullet from such free firing can be deadly and kill innocent folks on the ground.
