There is a humane way to control the population- through a program of sterilisations. Just because it is difficult does not mean it shouldn't be tried.

Different perception , Dogs may be very faithful , those dogs bite people on streets or kids, must be killed , a human life can never be equal to any animal , either its a dog , camel , cow , goat and even a dinosaur
