China has a 7.3 trillion GDP, and India has a 1.6 trillion GDP. And both have a similar population size.

The criteria in terms of aid is different.
It dosen't matter i doubt the aid ever reaches the people they were destined to

In fact, China has quite rich regions and regions are still quite poor.

But let Chinese government to take out its wallet more than for the poor, instead of aid to them and let them accumulate huge amounts of foreign currency.

Then spending this aid to poorer countries.

It's still a net debtor country.

Britain is doing Indians a favour by freeing you from poverty.
You should be happy you get aid to feed the malnourished.
