Stop cracking pathan jokes

There are thousand other types of healthy jokes that one can crack without attacking a particular ethnicity of pakistan. Honestly i used to laugh at pathan jokes at the time when they were not that much, but recently i realized the most of the jokes are now mostly about pathans....and i saw its bad impacts on people who percieve about us from such jokes...even blonde jokes and sardar jokes are converted into pathan jokes and then are forwarded...either it is a conspiracy or simply demand for it and its popularity has increased...either way it is building up strongely a negative perception of pakhtuns in pakistan.....

I think there are more jokes targeting sikh and punjabis rather than pashtuns. Anyways your are free to have your opinion.

I think there are more jokes targeting sikh and punjabis rather than pashtuns. Anyways your are free to have your opinion.

One of my friend had a funny theory, that both pakhtuns and sardars have ruled over muslim punjabis so now they are taking revenge from both by cracking jokes about them

If that was the case then why didn't English people became the centre of our jokes as they really did numbers on both punjabis and pashtuns. Jokes usually represent one's shortcomings and behaviour.

Why punjabis would crack jokes on british, they were their most loyal subjects and benefited alot from farangis.

Pashtuns and english were fierce enemies but they never stooped low to crack jokes on each other, both were honourable and noble enemies.

Pukhtoons call themselves Pukhtoons/Pushtoons but they call their lesser/poorer/lower class brothers are "pathans".

Due to this discrimination, the poor Pukhtoons go to Punjab and other parts of the country to look for work or simply escape discrimination. However, as non-Pukhtoons mainly have acquaintances with only this group of "pathans", everyone just assumes all Pukhtoons are called pathans.

This is what a Pukhtoon brother explained to me a long ago when I asked him the same question.

And its completely wrong... In pukhtoon society, there is no lesser or lower class pakhtoons.. one can be poor but cant be assumed as lesser... anguish caused to anyone usullay paid back no matter what monetary status one holds.;

lot of the sikh and pathan jokes are copied from blonde jokes...
btw have you seen moin akhter as pathan old man, its quite funny..
