I can't give that much proof, because I'm not an expert, but there is a museum in Hainan specially made for the claims, well, the Ming dynasty sea voyages, and other sea related artifacts and such.
My question wasn't questioning you or something like that, but I'm just asking, if we have such institutes, and such professors and if we are as powerful as the world believes, do you really think there are no concrete evidence that would point in this direction?
I haven't read all the work, but it's not as straight forward as some Western and Filipinos would have you believe.
The verdict must take into account all of Chinese claims and evidence and they must find holes in it and I can tell you it's not that simple.
China isn't Saddam, when we claim something, we put our world class universities in the works, but more importantly, Iraq was a relatively new creation, China is not, history is on our side, the benefit of being the heavenly empire, but you must make the decision.
Though in the end, it would end the same one way or the other.
