It is clear those which will be constructed in Pakistan will have a Vls system whereas those which will be constructed in Turkey do not have a VLS system.

Both will have 16 VLS

Even in Turkish one look carefully they are showing VLS

The ship being built in Turkey will have VLS. You can see it in the image you shared.

Then I believe it won't be the Frigate. Obviously it's going to be the Destroyer.
Terms like 'corvette', 'frigate' and 'destroyer' don't matter as much anymore, but in general, the terminology usually refers to the displacement of the ship. I think for the PN, ships in the 1,000 to 2,500-ton range are corvettes, 2,500 to 4,000 tons frigates. I don't know what it'll categorize as 'destroyer' though, so far it's only mentioned new ships as frigates (Type 054A/P) and corvettes (MILGEM).

Type 054A/P I think has displacement of 4000+ tonnes but still cannot carry LRSAMs. Therefore its definitely gonna be destroyers. Destroyers are mainly now tasked with Long Ranged Air Protection

One thing we really need quite urgently now is the new helicopters. If China and Turkey have cut steel on the new ships and the Dutch ships are almost ready then in 1-2 years we are close approaching a stuation where (like Indian Navy) we will be sending out ships with no helicopters.

Sea King too big and becoming old, also needed to operate from fleet Tanker
Aloutte - Obsolete and retiring
Z-9 - Only have 6 and these are needed for the 4 F-22s, also unsure if compatible with NATO/Turkish systems.

This leaves all the MILGEM/Type054/Yarmook without choppers. It takes at least 2 years to make new helicopters and then we need to train and develop tactics. Situation becoming very urgent and it is very strange PN has not made a purchase yet, or maybe it has and we do not know?

I lost the post, however, you mentioned that they had selected the LY-80N most likely, however they are only fired from the H/AJK16 VLS which has a common uptake, the one in the graphic does not

Yep. My bad. I thought I identified the target illumination radars, but what we see on the KSEW MILGEM aren't it (for reference, look at how they're configured on the 054A).

So, they've either not selected a SAM yet, or we're looking at an ARM-based SAM.

I don't know what to make of the VLS. It's not like any that I've seen before -- it's not SYLVER (for CAMM or Aster) nor is it the one used for the Umkhonto (see MEKO A200AN). Either the PN hasn't decided, and it's showing just a placeholder, or this is some different system altogether (in-house SAM?).

Interestingly, i would have thought it WAS for the CAMM/Seaceptor, heres a graphic off of MBDA, theres no common uptake, similar design too.

In fact, this is probably the most plausable options, the ONLY other square VLS with no common uptakes are the CUVLS or Russian ones, CAMM would be a very interesting, albeit sensible choice thanks to its quadpack since we do have limited space on the Milgems.

The steel-cutting or ground-breaking ceremony to begin construction of the MILGEM Ada-class corvette by Turkey for Pakistan was held in Karachi, the Pakistan Navy said on Tuesday.

The ceremony at the Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works (KSEW) — Pakistan Navy's specialised shipbuilding division — was attended by officials of the Pakistan Navy, representatives of Turkey's state-run defence firm ASFAT, and the managing director of KSEW, Rear Admiral Ather Saleem.

In July 2018, the Pakistan Navy had signed a contract for the acquisition of four MILGEM-class ships with ASFAT.

According to the plan, two corvettes will be built in Turkey and the other two will be built in Pakistan that also involves technology transfer.

The keel-laying or the formal recognition of the start of the construction ceremony of the first MILGEM Ada-class corvette was held in Istanbul last week.

MILGEM vessels are 99 metres long with a displacement capacity of 24,00 tonnes and can move at a speed of 29 nautical miles.

MILGEM anti-submarine combat frigates, which can be hidden from the radar, will further enhance the defence capability of the Pakistan Navy.

"The MILGEM Class Corvettes will be state-of-the-art surface platform equipped with the modern surface, subsurface and anti-air weapons, sensors, and combat management system," the Pakistan Navy said in a statement.

"These ships will be among the most technologically advanced platforms of the Pakistan Navy and will significantly contribute to maintaining peace, stability, and balance of power in the Indian Ocean region."

Speaking at the ceremony, the general manager shipbuilding, Commodore Muhammad Jahanzeb Ahsan, underscored the deep-rooted friendship between Turkey and Pakistan for collaboration in the field of indigenous warship construction and other defence sectors.

In October 2019, Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan along with Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi had cut the first metal plate of the first MILGEM Ada-class corvette during a ceremony in Istanbul.

CAMM-ER max range is 40km?

Yep. However we can load a ton more in, so, we can carry up to 64 missiles if we did decide to go for CAMM which would be VERY useful to defend against their loaded destroyers. CAMM can also defend other fleet assets and play a an albeit limited AShM role against smaller vessels.
