When solving a crime, a very crucial part is "how was it done" / "Modus operandi"

You and I both know who did it, but the real question sometimes is "HOW"?? What methodologies were used? To what extent who was involved. This is where Saulat Mirza proved to be crucial.

Secondly, In Pakistani courts a "confession at gun point", or a "dying man's last words" etc can be used IF you have the "right" judge!

The problem is not with Saulat , the issue is that some people want to attack the whole Party , because of the action of some ..
and Rangers and Police are famous for their Extreme Torture in Karachi ...
anyone can be criminal if he spend a night in Jail ..
Pakistan justice System is joke , but again if you want to Banned a whole Party representing millions of People you need more than just a Confession

Before Phansi: Hang him if he is guilty. He is establishment agent that's why his hanging has been delayed.
After Phansi: They used him. He was innocent. They killed him after using him.

Areesh Bhai, He has a point. There are millions of BLIND FOLLOWERS of MQM. IF you seriously want to hurt them, you need MORE than a confession, in a prison cell.

The problem is with the timing of his confession , right before his hanging date is due ..
in prisons of Pakistan ? right after Raid on 9-0 ...
everything is not clear as people in Pakistan think it is .. we know how much influences our Agencies have on other Political forces ... which is good for some extent

Don't laugh at someones misery.

1) For Saulat Mirza to expect that the death penalty would be waived for him, was unrealistic. Nonetheless, given his confession and time served, the victims family could have shown some leniency. But for me to judge them would be unfair. It was their decision, so be it!

2) Since he did finally confess, at he behest of ________. The least the Govt. can do is provided proper security, for his family or relocate them to a better place. After all they (Saulat Mirza's family), have taken on the wrath of a very serious terrorist organization.
