Stand with Kashmir

. Your claim is that the document was straight up forged and if not forged, signed under duress.
Both claims easily verifiable by the British government.

They don't become irrelevant to the argument we are having regarding authenticity just because the fate of Kashmir was placed under the UN.

Now pray tell, why haven't the British corroborated your version of events on the accession.

Ever heard about Mountbatten-Nehru complicity in Radcliffe Boundary Commission Award ?

Pakistan claims that the award of the three tehsils of the Muslim majority district of Gurdaspur to India was a manipulation of the Award by Lord Mountbatten in an effort to provide a land route for India to Jammu and Kashmir

The close association of Nehru with Mountbatten made Indian occupation over Kashmir a reality in the first place

It's not about Pakistan or India. The people of Kashmir want nothing to do with your country. It's their land and they have the right.

I am not saying no to your claim..You have every right to claim Kashmir..It is a valid one assuming that your water is going through it...But it is not necessary that every valid claims will be fulfilled by opposite party...Do you see China leaving its control in Tibet in any near future??? No...it is the same thing for India with respect to Kashmir...

It's not about water. It's about the people. Have some humanity. If they don't want to join Pakistan I don't care, but let them make their own choice. We already have Indus Water Treaty, but you should think about those people that don't want to be a part of India. Let them make their own decision.

This is all the same. India is not UK to give too much freedom to its people and to let something similar to Brexit happen. India losses a big chunk of land and strategic positions.
So, no matter what people do India will never free Kashmir. The small minority in Kashmir who wants independence can continue to protest against and continue to be poor while all other areas in India develop. Government is not gonna give a damn about it.
As for Pakistan, they can make all the noises. Even start war, but nothing is going to change. Again with more economic power, the more advantage. Please discuss something important than a lost cause.

>> Dear You are not well informed who is talking about Brexit and small minority, Half a century ago long before Brexit or Scotland vote. India agree to give right to choose their own to People of Kashmir in UN resolutions. The small minority after 70 years of struggle still so effected that keep India to pour it with its a million Army. its issue which can not be solved without a Referendum.

Peace.>>

Hey buddy! I think you should get your facts straight before you teach me about referendum on Kashmir. Please go and read that before. It clearly says, Pakistan and India should clear both sides of Kashmir and conduct a plebiscite for Both Kashmir in J&K and Pakistan side Kashmir a.k.a Azad Kashmir Which clearly is not in none of our interests.

I've seen many of you guys quoting the referendum and plebiscite but unfortunately mate its in Kashmir's favor neither India nor Pakistan. That's why I said this mumbo-jumbo is never gonna end unless we maintain the status quo and accept the current border as original border.
