For Muslims the most supreme orders are from Allah and messenger PBUH and as per Islamic teachings Muslims are not allowed to sing Indian National anthem since it is against the basic teachings of Islam.

The solution would be to announce that disabled people should salute while the anthem is being payed and the non disabled people should stand.

Makes you wonder why such a simple solution cannot be implemented immediately. Either common sense is missing or maybe people just don't care enough about disabled people. I suspect the latter is true.

what a dumb law.... and supreme court judges behave like some kings, whats the reasoning to do this farce. when some petitioner asked judges to stand for national anthem before court proceedings, they did not like it.
what a bunch of hypocrites... if anywhere it is ever appropriate on daily basis, its courts, police/army cantt, parliament/assembly.

there is place and time for everything... movie theatres are not for showing your love to motherland, its for entertainment.
