Pakistan should look into getting
Submarine "launched" UAVs, and use them to guide
torpedo launched SAMs. A
submarine communication buoy (as seen in the last video) can be used to maintain contact with the drone, and stay deep, while
still controlling the SAM through a two way datalink. Through the submarine communication buoy, the
submarine can also signal headquarters that it is under attack, and to scramble any assets in the area to come to its rescue; such as other surface ships and available fighters.
Considering the Turks operate the
Seahawk helicopters and their ASW equipment, they could develop a SAM (possibly based on the
Hisar-O; 50,000 feet altitude and 25 km range, to best engage all kinds of threat up to and including MPA like the Indian P-8I) and Torpedo Defense that could best counter these threats.
Turkey is also considering buying the
P-8 Poseidon (similar to what India operates), and so if they do, they may know how best to counter it.

Also i hope the Turkish torpedo defense are of the
Soft kill (jamming) variety as well as the
hard kill type.
Submarine communication buoy also shown.
The Hisar-O uses
both RF for the mid-course (requiring the drone guiding it to have a small aesa radar for best results) and
IR for the terminal phase to best guide itself to the target
