I met a colleague of mine from Sri Lanka in UK and he said he planned to apply for citizenship. I did ask him if he planned to visit Sri Lanka from time to time. He told me that the people in Sri Lanka look at a Tamilian like a terrorist and he will never return to Sri Lanka. It is difficult to change the truth by just denying everything.

Sri Lanka are still terrorising their Tamil minorities in the North Sri Lanka at post-war situation giving superior power to the Sinhalese Army and totally militarising Tamil areas. Very recently Military broke in and attacked a Tamil MPs political meeting.

One of my cousin’s two young girls age 10 and 14 were both died in Sri Lanka due to the shelling of the Sinhalese Army. Three months ago she went to the bank to withdraw the funds which were deposited against her dead daughters. So she was asked to produce dead certificate by bank. When she went to claim her daughters dead certificates, the Sinhalese registration officer has threaten her to accept a declaration that her daughters were died of a natural cause which occurred two months before the real date (final war period) of her death. Apparently this is the current norm in Sri Lanka, people were threaten with death and beaten up if they were to celebrate their dead ones anniversaries, who were killed during the final stage of the war.
All these were happening under the name of Lord Budha, the Sinhalese monks who often protest for the animal rights and preach ahimsa are ignored the mass killings of Tamil civilians and praised the government for the way they conducted the war. Instead, Budhist monks are now busy in building massive statues of Budha in each and every town of Tamil areas.

What does this have to do with anything??Ya, India was almost bankrupt in the early 1990s, but look where it is NOW you sore loser. IMF told India to reform Indian labour laws back then. India had to sell 67 tons of gold to the IMF as part of a bailout deal. They didn't shove the idea of opening the Indian economy. And clearly Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh did know wt* to do back then. And no body kicked and screamed either.

It goes to show the common sense of the Indians. You went to IMF for money, and IMF would not lend money and did not lend money without reform. The reform was opening the economy which everyone in India protested except your present PM.

This is got to be the most disturbing video to date showing proof of the Lankan govt's involvement. Sri Lanka on whom personally I never commented about ever on this or any forum in my life- is no doubt going to be judged in history as committing crimes against humanity ...
