He wasn't pointing at his Lion badge, he was drawing his finger suggestively across his throat; there is not much room for doubt as to what he was trying to convey.
Yes he was threatening LTTE supporters. LTTE is banned organization and LTTE terrorists are killed where ever they are found.
I have no comment on that. Personally, I am glad that India follows, at least on paper, due process of law. Of course, Sri Lanka, as an independent country, must decide for itself.

British citizens have no right to support terrorist organization. Sri Lanka should ask to interrogate terrorist suspects who had flaunted LTTE flag.
