Special Court Judge demands Gen Musharraf's dead body to be hanged at D-Chowk for 3 days

As I always say, justice before mercy. Gen. Musharaf had the perfect opportunity to purge Pakistan of corruption, but instead he let them go and now these villains have come back to bite not only him, but whole state of Pakistan in the back side. No traitors to Pakistan state should be spared...I do not get why our agencies are so powerless, for the 2nd time that crook NS has escaped.

I am surprised that none of them are talking about details of PCO that judges were appointed under the same by Musharraf. Secondly, such paragraph is what most of propaganda forces & anarchist been saying for long that lower ranks/under serving officers should disobey the Leadership thus formulating treason within Military and in the end, this is no different than what happened in Syria, Iraq or Afghanistan. Actually, in short if we look at the pattern, these steps are taken with long term interests & per designed pathway so that the internal harm be done in Pakistan. Whatever I am saying is just short version of a long term anti Pakistan plan and that is not alone factor but in-fact; they have prepared in many ways to fuel unrest within the country and disrupt peace/progress.

He became powerless because international establishment started playing its game.. just like how it played the game now to release all criminals and send some of them abroad..

International establishment can buy higher judiciary in Pakistan in exchange of providing permanent residency, protection and money to them and their children in western countries.

How can a sane mind disagree with this?

PCO Judges should be tried for treason but who would you rather want your soldiers to follow, the Constitution, orders of the Prime Minister, or Chief of Army Staff if he asks them to act illegally?

Do you know there was to be a blood bath at the Prime Minister House when soldiers came to arrest Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the SSG contingent placed their for his security refused to let them in, and it was not until Lt. Gen. Zia ud Din Butt stepped in that a clash was averted.

Soldiers need to follow orders of their superiors, as long as they are in the bounds of the Constitution, that's what discipline says.

Do you know Iftikhar Choudhry was one of the most closest to Musharraf from within judiciary?
Verdict itself transpires that Judge was not mentally free nor his mind was at peace or uninfluenced. It is in-fact the result of some pressure or blackmailing or grudge. Reading couple of Paras from the same verdict also suggests that lower rank Court Staff should deny working or obeying such Judges and shall punish them for being biased, malafide as well as for issuing inhuman, unIslamic & unconstitutional verdict.

Those judges found guilty of corruption while appointed to dispense justice to common people should be hanged in 'D' Chowk till their flesh separates from their bones.
Judiciary too, should be brought in line of accountability.

These are the judges, which always oppose the public demand for hanging criminals in public (as in Zainab) case.
Now they are giving verdict for hanging even dead body of Musharaf.
Something seems very very wrong in this verdict.

Supreme Court interprets the Constitution. A Soldier's oath is to the constitution and not to his superior. Do you want me to repeat the oath here? If it goes by your logic, this is more like a ragtag militia and not an organised Army.

To me, constitution is nothing but a piece of paper.. It has never given anything to the people of Pakistan except crooks in the form of rulers, and saved them.

Today if you print the constitution on paper, a chholay wala will sell chholay on each page of it.. that's a better use of it..
