Space Power of nations

We're the only country in the list who already sent one moon mission and in the process of one Mars Mission(will be end of this year) and one another moon mission(which is postponed to 2016 i think)...while India is still in the preliminary stage of Human Space Mission,it is quite success in foreign satellite launch service. Many countries including USA,Russia,EU operates in tandom with ISRO.

China can only consider to be a true space power house once CZ-5 rocket is ready to be used next year..

Futron Releases 2012 Space Competitiveness Index - SpaceRef Business

Futron's Index is the only one well researched data on space power out there
Four distinct tiers have emerged. The first tier has the U.S., Europe, and Russia. The second tier China, Japan, India, and Canada. The third tier South Korea, Israel, and Brazil. And the fourth tier Argentina, Australia, Iran, South Africa and the Ukraine.

Futron says the top two tiers remain dynamic but have shown some stabilization while the bottom two tiers are subject to intense competition, with very small gaps in the competitive rankings.

Pakistan and BD don't even feature on the list so can't say much about them but they clearly rank below this "fourth tier" of Argentina, Australia, Iran, South Africa and the Ukraine.
