South Asia Air Forces: PAF counters IAF strategy

Enigma.

For me a World class Air force is one that meets the following criteria.

1. Combat fleet 60% Mature 4th Generation Fighters
2. Extensive Use of BVR force multiplers like Awacs/ refullers
3. Serious Combat experiece less than a decade ago or a massive History of major world conflict like Germany Japan.
4. Serious plans to induct near 5th Generation ie Typhoon/Rafale class fighters or indeed one of the dosen or so receipents of JSF from 2015.
5. Regular exposure to the best training/excercises with the major players ie USA & Nato or Russia.
6. Major aero/space industrial base to maintain and improve on network centric warefare and to upgrade anmd maintain current/future fighter fleets without running to client states for every spare nut and bolt.

In this Regard the following are World class Air forces

USA
ussr
China
UK
France
Japan
Israel
Germany
Sweden
2nd Tier of near World class Air forces exist because they forfill 75% OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA.

Turkey
S Korea
Taiwan
Saudi

But South Asia not at this time
If you had read what i have written in my last line, things would have been better dear.

P.S. BTW, we are in contest with the IAF, not the other airforces:)

Here you go:
Indian missle failures. Program Scrapped! RUPEE NEWS: Recording History, Narrating Archives, Strategic Intellibrief Analysis: Noticias de Rupia | Nouvelles de Roupie | Rupiennachrichten | ??????? ????? | ???? | Rupi Nyheter |

Well if you have guud contacts within the IAF doesn't necessarily mean that you have access to all the info, moreover, i don't think these kinds of ratios can be viewed publicly.

Ratios and comparisons which are done officially are classified as Secret atleast in our armed forces, but i m not sure about you.

P.S. i also have 'guud' contacts within the Pakistani military:yahoo:

Rupee News...The source tells me everything.:hitwall:

I guess quoting blogs are not approved on the forum.....just having news in url does not give it any creadibility.....
FOr starters this is some info on this site
Site http : // rupeenews . com
Domain rupeenews . com
Netblock owner Layered Technologies, Inc.

Address: Matt Mullenweg, PO Box 5446, Redwood City, 94063, United States (A news agnecy running with PO Box)

And all the articles by one man only ??? THis makes it blog..

Pls quote some reliable source

PS: I don't disagree with your views on India Missile Prog...but as the rule on this forum posting from blog is something not allowed on this forum

First, all the articles by one man doesn't make it a blog, second, even if it is a blog, is there anything that is untrue?

i have already mentioned that all the stuff that is said in that site is attributable to some of your politician, leader or military top brass, so what's the pain about?

Had it been anything that was said by 'an' individual as his own thoughts, i would have agreed with you, but this time sorry!

.
If site contains artiles from one person only that what does it means except "Blog"...Its not news for sure.....

I have raised the issue about the forum rules. Mods can clarify whether Blogs are allowed or not. ts not what blog is saying or not...its blog is allowed or not.

Dude, the article on post #57 is also taken from the same 'blog' of yours, it was quoted there just like copy paste, ofcourse with the attributions to the writer in Delhi and the Rediff website.

Anything the is TRUE is allowed here :)
So cheers!

.
Well first i will request the mods if they can check you and your righteous and law-abiding nick, who have come all the way to makes thing right and re-effect the rules .
Till then, tc.

Now coming this from you, it certainly is a low opinion malay. Now tell me what missile does Babur reflect too and why?

Now these are the threads i am sure you would find interesting:

http://www.defence.pk/forums/wmd-missiles/8651-pakistan-s-nuclear-missile-assets-myth-vs-reality.html

I have read the thread previously as well IceCold. At the end i have also seen credible reports from credible organizations saying just the same-exactly what i have said.

Lastly-answer me this, do you think Babur has been developed by Pakistan?

.
Enjoy the indian missile technology!

all of the pints that you have higligheted have been amply killed in the previous posts, they have been talking with facts and figures and the quotes that have been uttered by you own officials, politicians and leaders, nothing is 'made up'.

Why don't you bring up something similar, which has been said from our mouth, perhaps it would be more credible then.

Why didn't our pilots helped our Army in Kargil, guud question, this topic has been amply taken to task in a thread on this forum, it was an article by an ex-PAF officer, try to find it.

i don't want to waste my thread on this again.

Chill
dude...all these points have been counter-countered again...i have replied on the article too...the conclusion was because the paf lacked bvr missiles...

. .
there is nothing in that video that would help you...what are you talking about?

. .
^^i guess the giggles on the fox news report confuesd our friend into believing that they are mocking the missile program...

Lastly-answer me this, do you think Babur has been developed by Pakistan?

Now instead of answering my question you decided to put another question that is not fair now is it? however let me try to answer, when Babur was tested for the 1st time the view expressed by Indians on this board was that Pakistan does not even have the capability to reverse engineer yet alone develop one. And i'm sure you shared the same opinion as you do now but then again did it fell from the sky no it did not, did the Chinese helped, nope because they too were far behind then and the same has been stated by Indians as well, the Americans didn't helped either with their TomaHawk question is how did we do it and not just we did it but we also managed to enhance its range. Now was that a surprise:woot:
Point i am trying to make is that just because you don't see our tests getting failed is not that we get the technology in a platter nor is it that we don't suffer failures however just to think that every time Pakistan develops something, it is immediately linked with an XYZ missile either in the Chinese inventory or perhaps the NK is indeed a low opinion and that is why i urged you to re read the thread because in that very thread there are some very creditable posts suggesting the clear cut difference between our missiles from the ones they are shown as a copy off.

.
the only way PAf can counter the IAf is by investing in SAMs and other air defense equipment...depending only on the chinese and with a minuscule budget...not much happening...for the paf in the immediate future...
