Another thing is, a failed or successful coup always results in a more autocratic rule. Erdogan was already going that way, I'm sure this will accelerate things much further.

You as a soldier are obligated to follow orders if you dont then they will fvck you up, i dont think those soldiers really had any clue about what was going on so they just did what was said to them, hundreds of soldiers are involved and almost all surrendered to civilians instead of shooting them despite the order what does that tell to you?

Very strange only the most prolific buildings are being hit Like in Libya all security buildings were targeted which made it easy for Libya to fall. there appears to be a matching foot print. But I hope I am wrong.
