B) to connect the mainland of China mainland and its coastal islands territorial sea shore and the outer islands along the coast between various points of the straight line as the baseline, extend outward from baseline to 12 the waters of the sea is one of China's territorial waters.Within the baseline of the waters, including bohai bay, the qiongzhou strait, is China's inland sea, within the baseline of the island, including the east island, Gordon island, matsu islands, white dog islands, wu yue kinmen island, size, big bear island, two bear island, east anchorage, is China's inland sea.

!/ China and North Vietnam signed in to Geneva Accords 1954, Islands belong to South Vietnam. North regim in Hanoi didn't has right over Islands of South Vietnam.

2/ The letter said about 12 miles, not mentioned about Islands.

Not just write the diaoyu islands, and huangwei(黄尾屿） island, chiwei （赤尾屿）island.

I repeat again here North Vietnam govt, regime in Hanoi did not have right to say about Islands belong to South Vietnam.
North Korean can not say that Dokdo Island belong to Japan. Dokdo is Island of South Korean.

Look at the sea border on map in atlas printed in China, Island on the map belong belong to Japan, kid.
For the Senkaku dispute, we are third party.
China and Japan have to apply rules of international law to solve the dispute.
