Jordan is rather liberal probably a quarter of woman don't wear hijab especially in downtown Amman which has modernized in the last past 10 years I'm not sure you know much about Jordan. Iran has a Islamic theocracy that mandates Islamic coverings.

I have seen those crazy clerics who pester woman in Iran but I haven't seen any in Jordan.
