Soleimani plotted terror attack in New Delhi: President Donald Trump

India is also friend with Israel and USA which unfortunately Iran is not too happy about. They sell you petrol and want you to continue to buy it - but when it comes to wars you know well which side they are on.

every country has to act according to it's interests , india can not fight war for iran or america .

Do you mean to imply India will just side with US? Have you forgotten Chabahar port in Iran?

.
india has already conveyed america to exercise restraint .
Pakistan and many others have also done that but we weren't Iran's "friend" since the Jurassic era.

Surely India - who understands the pain and misery of internationalised terrorism committed by both state and non-state actors all too well - should be calling out an act of TERRORISM against its ally??

. .
India is friends with both Iran and Israel. India is friends with both USA and Russia. Don't forget India was the leader of the Non-Aligned movement. We decided to neither join the US or Soviet camp at that time when most countries were taking one side or the other.
We don't take sides.

The old India died in 2014. Hindu Muslim Sikh Essai used to be a slogan which too died with old India. New India is raciest and more opinionated. But this is your chance, if India rejects Trump's statement, you will give Iranians the assurance they need from "friend" India. :pleasantry:

Iranians will be waiting now....

You mean the same Chahbahar Port which USA approved you to invest in?

India won't be taking any sides. It's a no-brainer. We don't want to get involved in Middle East war.

.
Nobody is saying go to war. Just question USA for committing this act of terrorism against your friend Iran.

If you on this forum can't even call it terrorism, how the heck can your PM call it such?

Idiot. Call the murder of their general "terrorism". Don't go to war. Just stand up for your ally verbally.

Go on. Prove me wrong.

If India calls this terrorism, then it will harm India US relations. As I said, India treads carefully instead of jumping to one side. We don't want to get involved in this mess.

I would suggest Pakistan as well to not take any sides.

Ok, so do ordinary Indians think it's terrorism committed by non-muslims against Muslims - specifically their muslim "allies"?

. . . . .
Of course, there was no need for US to kill Iran commander. But we don't know. Maybe Iran did something that made US angry. Both will justify their acts.
