Simple.. that not every soldier form Gurkha regiment is a Nepali Gurkha..as of now only 40000 Nepali origin Gurkhas are in service in Army.

I think Pakistan needs to raise this issue with Nepalese government that their citizens dieing and used as hired gun on the Pakistani border by India, is creating unnecessary issues to otherwise good relations. There has to be some sort of media awareness within Nepal on this issue.
