@Die Hard

Do you want to contribute to the debate or want a boot?

Your choice.

The radicalisation of the Muslim community in the UK is somthing the govt has refused to address or even acknowledge for too long and now it is coming back to bite us in the rear-end.

Correct, home grown terror has become a huge issue for the UK. However,the question that must be posed is that how many such incidents took place in the UK before it joined the Afghan and Iraq war?

Sick black gentleman stabbing a soldier , what type of people are these savages that they cannot recognize humanity, what a sick murder in cold blood and I hope he will pay for this heinous crime in this life and the one after(no offence intended to athiest). I mean we all died for the empire and the queen and we share a common background but how can they be so ignorant to kill their countrymen with such brutality and to think my cousin died for these ungrateful's freedom, keep it classy Britain..

We all fought for the same empire, i mean this don't make sense especially the animosity expressed and using a machete to hack a person to death is just disturbing, this guy is definitely not mentally stable for sure...

Haha .. so ur proud of colonialism? :rofl:

On topic.. RIP.

@for truth

He says that, what you just saw is what we see in our lands everyday. (UK's international wars) Maybe its a politically motivated murder??

it might be a politically motivated, but, this is not something which happens everyday in European nations.Beheading of a soldier?

If you really want to understand how the british are really feeling at this, just have a look at the forums and news websites reporting this, you will get a feel of it.This never used to happen in their lands. their traditions and values are cherished around the world, but now, they are being killed by the very own people whom they let in their country providing better life.

This what i meant in other thread, but you, as usual, brought in personal attacks like the "most racist nation"

Anjem Choudary comes to mind. A very influential leader among the Muslim population in UK. Led Sharia4UK and is responsible for those nifty sharia enforcement zones.

Here's a direct quote from him while referring to the July 7th 2005 London bombings casulaties , try and wrap your head around it.

"Look, at the end of the day innocent people—when we say 'innocent people' we mean Muslims—as far as non-Muslims are concerned they have not accepted Islam and as far as we are concerned that is a crime against God."

Declaring his animosity on a global level is equatable to piety for this man.

And then we have people who complain about "Islamophobia".:omghaha:

My point was in regards to the video when he is talking about british government like they are aliens or something, I did not use the colonial notion to defend the practices but rather say that we all fought for one flag at one time and were brothers in arm. I am not sure about you but my familie from both sides have served the crown and it is part of our tradition and similar in subcontinent the ghurkas still serve the queen. What I am trying to say without going offtopic is that we all are brother and sisters so why this animosity and on top using lord's name as justification for such a heinous crime is simply disgusting!

it's a fair point but is it not also fair to say that the Islamic world a as whole has seen heightened levels of radicalisation post 2001 and 2003? But yes the tenticals of radicalisation run deep in the UK's Muslim community and most worryingly the majority of these guys are UK born.

I've experienced this myself- two local restaurants, a Mosque and Internet cafe were raided in my town a couple of years back in connection with Terrorism.

Also it seems this is an issue for not just the UK but all of Europe- we know what happened in France last year (they targeted Solediers too IIRC) and Germany seems to have been infected by this too.

WHo does this ?

and why didn't the entire cameramen hold him to the ground !

VER F*C KING SUSPECIUOS

GET ready for a Ploce state in the UK period !!!!!!!!!

If you each the vid you see there are a LOT of spectators who didn't do a thing.

These dirty Somalians need to sent back to their hell hole of a country.

No guns or Conceal Carry allowed in the UK, but the Bobbies will get him after your head is cut off.

This isn't the time or place but let me tell you not many nations have a fond memory of the colonial period. The Canadians seems to be strangely nostalgic and fond of it but they are an anomaly.

These dirty Somalians need to sent back to their hell hole of a country.

It's not a race issue here but a religious extremist issue.

Local (unarmed) police arrived in scene and cordened off the area but did not challenge the men due to health and safety regulations and waited for armed police Units to take on the scumbags.
