Social Media: New War Against Pakistan ?

I imply nothing. Facts are in the public domain. People can draw their own conclusion. Drivers/attendants taking a fall for money is nothing new in this part of the world.
u just contradicted yrself.

That is no implication, just an opinion. Salman Khan's driver tried doing it for him in his hit-and-run case. Didn't work. Seems it still works in Pakistan.
LOL hold on son, how do u know if he did gave money to him? R u his driver or somebody who knows abt this matter? BTW it was in UAE not here.

and what significance does his personal life cases has to do with his journalism or his reporting or this topic?

Stay on the topic or i will make mods nuke u.

That was not about the case in UAE, where he was caught forging his dying father's thumb impression. I am talking about the case in Pakistan, about his mother's murder. You are getting confused, and will make a lousy lawyer.

Abuse of admin privileges by PDF moderators is not news. It has happened before, it will happen again. The threat is meaningless.

I am on topic. The thread is based on the ramblings of a person who was recently in jail for forgery, and could possibly be implicated in another murder, that of his mother. Thus, his capability at objectivity as a journalist is non-existent.

I don't know how many times I have to re-iterate myself to you that Dr. Moeed is being absolved from both cases so the point of questioning his objectivity w.r.t the posted video is totally nullified. Moreover, below is the article published in Dawn newspaper which also echoes the same sentiments as referred by Dr. Moeed's video specifically in terms of misrepresenting anti-India demonstration in Muzaffarabad and presented it as an anti-Pakistan protests.

Indian media using ‘doctored’ videos to defame Pakistan
TARIQ NAQASH — PUBLISHED OCT 26, 2015 06:39AM

MUZFFARABAD: Two Kashmiri activists accused India’s mainstream media on Sunday of “constantly publishing and airing baseless reports” about Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) to defame Pakistan.

“We are shocked to notice how brazenly an Indian newspaper has used a picture of our anti-India demonstration in Muzaffarabad and presented it as an anti-Pakistan protest,” said Uzair Ahmed Ghazali of the Pabsan-i-Hurriat Jammu Kashmir at a press conference along with Hamid Jamil of the Refugee Welfare Organisation and other activists.

The Facebook page of The New Indian Express used on Saturday a picture of Mr Ghazali and Mr Jamil chanting slogans. The caption was: “Anti-Pakistan protest erupts in Pakistan occupied Kashmir.”

Showing the printout of that page to reporters, Mr Ghazali said it was a picture of a five-year-old anti-India demonstration they had organised in Muzaffarabad to condemn invasion of Kashmir carried out by India on Oct 27, 1947.

“Indian media outlets are hell bent upon establishing that anti-Pakistan sentiments are on the rise in AJK, in the worst breach of media ethics,” Mr Ghazali said.

He said visuals from different areas and occasions were being used to create a negative impression about AJK.

He said another Indian media outlet had used visuals of the ongoing Rangers’ operations against hardened criminals in Karachi and described them as from the AJK.

“They can hoodwink a section of their population but not the international community, let alone the Kashmiris on either side of the divide,” he said.

Mr Ghazali said that even in doctored video clips the Indian media had failed to air a single sound bite in favour of India and its unlawful rule in Kashmir.

“There are some people in Kashmir who want its accession with Pakistan and there are others who want its independence... But no-one supports India...” There was complete unanimity among both the groups about India’s eviction from the disputed region, he said.

“Pakistan is the advocate of our cause and it runs in the blood of Kashmiris. Anti-Pakistan sentiments in Kashmiris could be a wish of the Indian government and media but not the reality,” he said.

Mr Jamil said Indian media outlets had been tasked to show doctored clips about AJK in order to divert attention from the reign of terror let loose by its troops in the held territory.

He urged Pakistani media to counter the baseless propaganda by Indian media on Kashmir. “They show doctored clips, you need to show the reality,” he said.

Answer about the false and fake reports of your dirty government and media. Dont beat around the bush

I have already answered - a journalist who is definitely involved in forgery and probably involved in murder cannot be taken at face value.

He has been released on bail by the UAE court, case is still on-going. No doubt when convicted he will never go back to the UAE to save himself.

The article you quoted is Pakistani in origin, and so is nothing but a bunch of lies, as usual. If Pakistanis had learn't to contribute to nation-building by being decent citizens, intead of lying through their teeth, a history-sheeter like Moeed Pirzada wouldn't have been a star anchor.

I will appreciate if you can site some references to support your claim regarding an on-going investigation...

So by the same token all Indian origin articles against Pakistan should be bunch of lies too?

Being released on bail means that the case is still pending.

So by the same token all Indian origin articles against Pakistan should be bunch of lies too?

I am sure you have noted that Indian members on PDF rarely ever cite an Indian news source here.

Arnab Goswami has not been caught committing forgery or been a suspect in the killing of his own mother. Such lovely samples are the exclusive preserve of Pakistani media.

Going a little off-topic here:
I am citing few non - Indian and some Indian origin sources on human rights concerns in Kashmir, will you consider them as propaganda as well?

I
am not trying to demean your intelligence in any way as I know you must have gone through such articles in the past as well yourself. The question is why do we take certain truths as "real" truths and others as fabricated truths? An innocent human life taken by an oppressor/aggressor in any domain should be condemned...across borders irrespective of caste/color/creed/religion etc etc. Specially in these times,I always invite people to not always believe in whatever they read and hear in media whether it is in-favor of or against their preconceived notions and or understanding of the current issues we all are facing today but to think critically taking into account all aspects and angles....because if we don't then we are not doing justice to ourselves nor to our young future generations to come.
