We need the implementation of Shariah more than anything. We need the harsh punishments to deter the criminals and we need the social structure of prevent the descent into criminality.

That is an excellent idea. If a majority of the people want sharia law enforced, then by all means the Pakistani State must implement it. Why the delay?

2. Boyfriend having sex with his Girlfriend and even her daughter; cases of child abuse also reported.

3. Open marriages; Cuckolding. Husband(s) have the desire to see wife having sex with another man.

4. Pornography (Numerous types including Child pornography and Beastiality).

5. Cheating being a common occurrence. Wife got bored and started an affair; same is true in reverse.

6. Men expecting sex with women while dating them. A woman end up sleeping with many men in this manner - prostitution for FREE.

7. LGBTQ+ nonsense. Men having sex with Men; Women having sex with Women (Qom - e - Lot).

The answer to Pakistan's problems lies with acid cleaning the Judiciary, then the Police, and fixing the constitution so 2/3 majority is not needed to pass laws etc

You cant keep backwards people from doing backwards things, they will do these things regardless of the punishment but will take more effort to hide their activities.

The only solution is confronting the deeper social problems in Pakistan with education and media campaigns.

In Pakistan, whenever something bad happens to Europe or west by a thing that reaches there from outside, media goes nuts. But what about the things which belong to Europe and are affecting our society. Like current case of Pornography in Pakistan.
Similarly, govt organizations in Pakistan act as predators, not as guardians. I mean, you can not depute a person on every personnel for vigilance. Directors use their assistants as hunting dogs. These people run rackets, and soul purpose of such rings is to collect money, even if they have to sell or compromise Pakistan's sovereignty(India has this issue on a bigger scale).
Pakistan needs a total social reforms, and we need a total harmony between govt and private sectors on this. Tablighi jamat can play a vital role in this. Here I will suggest capital punishments for some crimes : Child Pornography(yes this guy should be hanged with thin steel wire), using govt orgs or personnel for collecting bribes, narcoticd smuggling, extortion, fake medicines manufacturing.
Everyone has children, and if such monsters are free then what might be the future of many unfortunate children of Pakistan.

The concept of jirga should be promoted in all of Pakistan. Widely respected [Sunni/Shia] scholars of Islam (like Mufti Taqi Usmani,etc.) need sit down and create a new penal code which will replace such a system.

All criteria must be established to prevent politicization of judiciary, security, government agencies.

We have long carried this cumbersome and dysfunctional British legal code from the 1940s. Time for an update.

One word "consequences"!

Both seen and unseen. Now, most do not care for unseen but the ones manifesting themselves are cared for, though mostly after the fact. Abrahamic faiths, especially Islam's basis are inherent nature of creation. So, the law is inherent nature bestowed on humanity by the Almighty.

Back to manifesting consequences... the whole purpose if these laws is to avoid these but people keep harking for base instincts and instant pleasure for a longterm grief.

People defend cases for generations with no output/no justice.
Monsters are caught and are released, till they are caught doing such horredous crimes.
Overall, such people are missing who were working for a better society.
