Well Rajya Sabha was meant to be made up of eminent personalities from various fields to have an oversight on the laws being made by Lok Sabha and should have been independent like the Judiciary. 2. Err... Start ups are not really tied to governments, but there was nearly 1800 small and big startups in 2018.

3. And Ambani too for that matter, he plaid an election gimmick at small scale vendors, who can't compete with Amazon, Flipkart who strayed away from BJP in the recent elections.
