What's new

So Jinnah, the father of the nation created this country for the military and not for the civilians

Looking back, the Pakistanis should have had their eyes open when the army was taking CSF funds and charging $X for each drone strike.

Glad that the proverbial veil has been removed now.

Der aaye drust aaye.

The Seed of dissent and to Rule over Civilians are sown in Oversea training centers where these enforcers go train

Exactly!! and where they gets compromised, and idoctrinated with they being 'holier than thou' and civilians being the lesser mortals thought.

Glad that the proverbial veil has been removed now.

Der aaye drust aaye.

As said, the Veil is removed and people eyes are wideopen and can see things clearly.

And they are blinded by the hatred and vendetta, the militray and the political mafia alike. The reason it is unfolding so fast...

Enforcers operate a Hidden System to Promote Enforcers

  • Does anyone know how that system works?
  • Can anyone explain that complex system?
  • Is there a exam?
  • Do you need to win wars?
  • Do you have to lead a War?
  • Do you have to save 1000 lives ?

Even Military folks themselves don't know often why so many humble and honest officers were released or let go

Did not meet the "ENFORCER" mindset criteria.?

But for others "exceptions" can be made , they can be called back even after retirement

The allure of power of stick compells them

23 rd March significance is Commemoration of Pakistan Resolution and Constitution, it's all about rule of law, justice, civilains supremacy and the people movement behind it.

Now look at it, all taken over by the military parade, PAF shows and Navy. Where are the people of Pakistan in it for whom the country was created.

It's basically a takeover of the country Pakistan by the forces, by force. And the country was created for the Military/Fauj by the civilians and by a lawyer Jinnah.

As I have mentioned before, only the powerful and most organized will takeover in a vacuum. Pakistan had no coherent civil structures.
Society had been stratified beyond repair... hindu caste structures that divided people in social/civic professions and subsequent, British class stratification among haves and have nots, powerful and the weak, aristocracy, bureaucracy and unwashed masses... who mobilize or organize as labor unions. Which is the foundation of British political discourse ... that and the subsequent and perpetual struggle to consolidate private property, regulating it, and most importantly preserving it from the masses... in any form... unionized labor, democratizing legislation etc.

All of the above is in the nutshell what Pakistanis, as Muslims are and were not a part off... in it's set up, discourse/deliberations.

So, what essentially plays out is a part of overall governing structure that usurps it... then, naturally proceeds in Incorporating it's society and economy.
Fore going the process and build on established.
These were essentially the the most organized and in this case armed factions left on the eve of British departure. Something as you rightly pointed out, the lawyer, Jinnah could not handle or cope with... he was in essence the product of the system.

So there, it is never too late... everyone played a part in getting it to this point.
Knowing what you know now...
Where will YOU take it?

That is the question.

Islam never stratifies society in working classes. It recognizes kinship... legislation therefore is limited because baseline is clear.

That though is another, imminent however arduous topic to delve in at this point.

But somehow all these problems did not prevent India or Bangladesh from creating a modus vivendi.

There, corrected the title for you: :D

So General Zia, the father of the nation created this country for the military and not for civilians

This is the summarized version:

No constitutional plan would be workable or acceptable to the Muslims unless geographical contiguous units are demarcated into regions which should be so constituted with such territorial readjustments as may be necessary. That the areas in which the Muslims are numerically in majority as in the North-Western and Eastern zones of India should be grouped to constitute independent states in which the constituent units shall be autonomous and sovereign.

You seem quite desperate to award everything to Zia. I wonder if you have a shrine at home for this.

. .
I think Jinnah wanted "Pakistan" as an autonomous state in India,
But Gandhi with English rulers created separate country "Pakistan".
Jinnah was secular, it was impossible for him to create a country for religion basis.

Scotland fought many wars with English rulers, but every time when British got chance, they captured it, so how India, Pakistan got independence without bloody struggle with English.

So, here are chances English used "Divide and Rule" policy, this may be reason English were in military in India, Pakistan after Independence but may be due to too much weak economy due to World Wars, they let both country to rule and run their own.

Once son of Allama Iqbal said, Jinnah not wanted a separate country.

Same,

Bangladesh created by Bhutto+Yahya nexus.
Not by Mujeeb.

and after creation of bangladesh

Plugging in only has level of complexities. Each their own...
Pakistan cannot be equated with either... India had/has that structured stratification, a society and enabling environment... I seriously do not want to delve further into it beyond that... it is a needless equivocation on a case in hand.
But yes, write more about it and perhaps a detailed extrapolation can be meted out but only tangential to subject.

If you want to remove those two, that still leaves Myanmar, Nepal and Sri Lanka with less dysfunction than Pakistan. Even Afghanistan has found something they call as government, though despised by many.

It'd be best if you had quoted the line(s) as reference... so there is no idle back and forth. Junta in Myanmar and Taliban in Afghanistan are in fact representation of the hand they have been dealt. Each filled a vacuum and only over time will reconcile, again as reflection to conditions foreign and domestic.
Congress rule over India already was a progression of the same... a ruling class ... Jinnah was not a part off!
And that ruling elite made sure to structure institutions in their image... that is a story of their internal discourse. The most powerful faction/institution by far, left in the heart of Punjab as necessitated by the Brits was in Rawalpindi... the primary organized entity in that part.
Muslim League for instance never ruled, not even once... were not a part of the then corridors of power.

Yes, they could have been brought up to speed... but that is essentially the point... so to the rest of the society... BUT, it was and never will be something organic, native... to native discourse.
An implementation, in essence!
