Hey guys , i recently started smoking to come up with exam stress .Around a week ago , i learnt how to take the smoke inside the lungs. But after a minute or two of smoking ,i feel light and dizzy as ****.It's an amazing feeling , yet after that , i can't concentrate on anything for the next 15- 20 minutes. Is that normal? I have seen many people smoke and none of them appear to be dizzy after smoking. I'm afraid i might be doing something wrong and harming myself a lot. I mean , cigarettes obviously harm you but i feel i might be taking in more smoke than usual or something like that. So , is this the normal feeling that you get , cause it makes you dizzy , but does nothing that would make me cope up with stress

just watch some fun stuff to get rid of stress dude....you can watch sitcoms or some comedians like russel peters, Rowan Atkinson...trust me it helps a lot during exams...
I would rather smoke and die.
Yes Sir , i respect what you said. But this is the hardest year at university for me , many days , i have to pull all nighters to finish all the work. Many times , i get worried if i feel i won't be able to finish an assignment by deadline. Then i heard that smoking relieves stress and calms you down, so i started smoking. Hard it may be , but i promise to quit smoking when i'm done with this year. Net year is chilled out as compared to this one , and i won't have any need for smoking. The only reason i started smoking was to improve grades and tackle nervousness and stress.
