Need some help here

I've got LG android phone, since i purchased it everything was working fine , until recently. problem is that the youtube is now working very irritationally slow, it takes 2 to 3 min just to load a video & after that it loads after every 5 seconds of playing, but when i connect it via wifi it works perfect.

If any friend knows how to fix it up, i'll appriciate.

Plus any one knows how to download & install need 4 speed shift for android phone? & will it work on my phone?

Its becoz wifi connecton has faster internet speed so it take less time for buffering stream videos

I know wifi is fast, but before youtube was working perfectly even without wifi, it become slow from last 4, 5 days.
