Slums hidden as India puts on its best face for G20

. .
Slums may look bad but they are giving shelter to millions of people who cannot afford a residence in towns.

Infact the hideous, gross, tacky buildings for the few rich which need to be sorted out.

Mostly hard working lower middle, to lower class people lives there, removing them without a plan and provision of alternative home would be inhuman.

.
Keep going presenting some stuff from high rise buildings doesn't change the fact that you have lot of SLUMs
Well. To avoid misunderstandings. I am different from Beijing littlebaby.

I never deny that there are slums in China. But I suggest you buy Chinese robots to clean American slums.

. . . . . . . . . .
It is true. There have been efforts to cover up slums in Delhi. I have seen it myself. It’s laughable.

But I find it funny that a poster who names themselves Hanwarrior (he/ she is presumably Chinese) is talking about it.

Because China did the same thing during its Olympic Games a while ago! Here you go:

.
India has slums because we don't restrict poor people from coming to the city.
If someone from a village just turns up in a city, doesn't land a well paying job, then they can either go back, or just become part of a slum.

Positive side- poor folks gradually move up in life, city folks get a manageable cost of living.

Negative- looks bad, adds a bit to the crime, unfair to people like me who have actually paid for real estate.
