What's new

Slackistan the Movie.

utterly disgusted to see the mullah side of pakistan and equally utterly disgusted to see these people who are classified as "elite class" which are as backward as a mullah. these uneducated people who are like aliens in a pakistani society and forget who they amd belong to have no rights to live with common pakistanis.

one thing i support and like about iran is their ability to throw these garbage out of their country so that the people who are truly patriotic and who are sincere to their country and respect its values can live there!. these elite class comprises the people who are related to land owners or zameendars and they are the same who rule this country. as soon as these rats are exterminated this disease will be long gone!

who says that terrorism came out of nowhere crime is a direct result of an injustice committed on people, as long as these people are allowed to live and breed injustice will prevail and the terrorism will grow

Ultra low class would be better ....

Listen everyone clearly According to the constitution of Pakistan the Alcohol is Banned so is its advertisement and makes me think The this movie is a clear violation of the national constitution .

These guys who are " openly drinking" in a movie which would be watched by the Youth of Islamic republic of Pakistan should be brought to justice and must be Punished & the movie Must cut these scenes too because it can lead Pakistani youth to the use of Alcohol .

These " Sharabis " do not represent our National image we must weed out these " evils " from our society and not let them drink and feel proud of going against the National constitution and making fun of it.. .

" Pakistan. Since 1977, only non-Muslim groups such as Christians, Zoroastrians and Hindus are permitted to apply for alcohol permits in Pakistan. The monthly allotment usually depends on income but it is typically 100 bottles of beer or 5 bottles of liquor.

Enforced by Pakistan's Islamic Ideology Council, the ban is strictly enforced. "

BTW its not a feature film but a tele film.
Regards::pakistan:

yeah i respect your intentions bro but there is no force in Islam

When Prophet Muhammad's S.A.W uncle was not accepting Islam he was very worried about him and then Allah Subhanwata'Allah revealed a verse in the Holy Qur'an saying Oh Muhammad (PBUH) do not worry about your companions, guidance is only given by your Lord (Allah) so if those among you does not accept the truth you do not worry about them. It is the matter between him and me, you have revealed the truth and now you will not be held responsible for anything Now it is upto him whether he accepts the religion or not and surely guidance is given by Allah........ something like that

Once Hazrat Umar R.A. was roaming in the streets of Madina and he heard the voice of music from one of the house. He wanted to go away but this music made him angry and he decided to knock the door but nobody responded so he jumped from the wall to enter the house and when he reached the main door he saw a man drinking alcohol and watching dance i think.......... so he got angry and said how dare you drink alcohol in my Khilafat (Caliphate) and i will punish you for this but that replied saying oh Omar R.A. i understand i have commited a sin and i regret to that also but u have committed double sin. First you entered my house without my permission and also you jumped from the wall to enter my house that is also not allowed

Whatever i was doing was inside my house but you have also broken laws so you also deserves to be punished........ and he said ok i understand and yes i am wrong i did make mistake and can't remember what happened in the end but he forgave that person

------------

Yes there should be strict laws to prohibit alcohol but end of the day it is upon the individual whether he decides to drink alcohol or stay in mosques

no man, as far as i know about my city i-e karachi, i know that clubbing is officially illegal in pakistan. in a documentary "dont tell my mother i am in pakistan" it was the first time i came to know about an "underground club" in karachi, i dont know how can islamabad have a night club because i think islamabad is the fcuking capital city and it has night clubs, really amazing!!!

the boys are ok they can dance alone! but i was wondering if girls too participate (accompany them) in night clubs???? highly unlikely in Pakistan

Slumgdog millionaire was a crap movie...... i still wonder how they managed to get Oscar award

and thats adult movie....... they show 4-5 year old boy completely naked

. .
that's the whole point of the flick......it's an illustration of how some of the elite of sleepy Isloo live worlds away from the lower/middle class segments of society

they DO wear western clothing. they DO drink imported booze. they DO party like there's no tomorrow. they DO cruise around the boulevards aimlessly in Mercedes-Benz S500s and Bimmers.

they numb themselves to the political developments of the country; because they have (inherited) economic interests within and outside the country ---which enables them to live rather comfortably

the whole point of the movie is that these people are Pakistanis, and they are proud Pakistanis......but to the outside eye, they resemble happy-go-lucky and financially well off youth who prefer to "kick it" and do their dining room get-togethers. Worlds away from the people who slave themselves all day from dawn till dusk just to be able to afford sustenance and a few liters of petrol.
Like it or not, this is hugely part of the Pakistani society. Have you ever seen Pakistanis drink? They drink like monsters. They drink like they won't get another round ever again in their lives. Thats how much they drink. Nobody is debating the legality of the whole thing. The movie is depicting things AS IS.

Its the ancient, Burger or Bun Kabab debate. Same stuff. Different strokes for different folks.

I for one, would watch this movie and probably gonna like it.
