I didn't watch the video, as I already know ALL OVER THE WORLD PEOPLE SKIN-or-KILL ANIMALS ALIVE. The reason this happens is that the butchers who do this for a living become insensitized to this brutality. It is hypocritical however for those who devour meat en-mass. Either you slaughter the animal with the quickest death or wait till it dies of old age (whereby you will be consume tough decayed meat) --- your choice, or you can just not eat meat.

Now, I'm just justifying this video but pointing out the ulterior Racist Motive: Do you know the meat consumption between the various racial & ethnic groups around the world??? If A fat lazy American consumes 5-6 TIMES the amount of meat of say an African or Asian, that means MORE ANIMALS ARE SLAUGHTERED. And to slaughter so many animals (to feed the fast lazy population of 300 million) would require an EFFICIENT METHOD THAT DISREGARDS WHAT "SUFFERING" the animal undergoes.

And if Indians start parading around how 'great' they are for being Vegetarians, mind you to remember India does consume quite a bit of meat, just SLIGHTLY LESS than poor African and Asian countries. As we can see, as the nation becomes progressively richer, their meat consumption increases dramatically (already occurring among the richer Brahmins).

Take for instance the Whale slaughtering committed by Norway and Netherlands. Yet attention is squarely focused on Japanese people....WHY? So basically it's okay for Europeans-Whites to hunt whales to near extinction in the last 200 years (and still doing so), while it's "not-okay" for Japanese-Asians to hunt their traditional staple food..... Hypocritical much??? Or is it just blatant RACISM.

Have you seen how Kosher and Halal meat are prepared??? It's extremely cruel and inhumane, causing the animal a SSSSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW PAINFUL DEATH. But of course this is okay because "God said it was okay"...

the animal heads are not severed just because the living heart pumps all the blood out and this is scientifically proved healthy.
it has been prepared just before me, but they are dead before we prepare the meat. they are not tortured during the process of chopping them up. fur trade(killing animals for sake of rich money is also too cruel and in islam it is all the way haram.

but skinning animals alive is such an inhumane act despicable.////

skinned up animal was still alive like a normal animal. such height of cruelty. plzz at least kill it so it cant feel more pain.

the logic which i understand skinning the animals alive was to keep the fur one piece from head to toe.

Skinning animal alive is cruel, I didn't argue against that. But if you believe that Muslim people don't do it, then you are gravely mistaken. Before the camera (or observer like yourself) they put on an act. You do know in the Arab world, they eat all sorts of meats. You can just order just about any animal meat for your shishkabobs. Just as Muslims claim that Islam does not preach violence and hatred, yet hoards of Muslims commit terrorism and intolerance towards others.

You know one of the biggest fur (animal slaughter, fur manufacturing) market is in Turkey and Middle East, not so much Asia??? How do you suppose they became so efficient?

Let me repeat, I do no condone torturing the animal. I am merely pointing out the sheer hypocracy displayed by some people. If anyone is truly sincere then they should be impartial.

But in general we Asians, and I'm talking about the entire continent, are really cruel towards animals. In the middle east we have accepted the barbaric arab culture which is against dogs, cats etc... and in East Asia people eat things alive for example.

It is wrong to say Asians are "really cruel towards animals" when Asians eat less meat (and thus kill less) than many other ethnic-racial groups.

In case you've been missing out on the news, China has already banned the sale and consumption of dog and cat meat. Korea and Vietnam are really the places left that do, but only in extreme minor amounts.

Let me tell you a TRUE STORY: My friend she works in an animal shelter, and she told me each week they "put to sleep" LLLLOOOOTTTTSSSS of dogs and cats. It's like it's nothing to them. If the animal can't find an owner (which in nearly 100% of the time) after a few weeks they KILL THEM. There's no shedding of tears, or emotions, as it's become so regular.

And different people have different animals they are attached to, and animals they only see as "tasty".

Take for instance most "Westerners", who couldn't care less if a young calf or juicy plump pig is slaughtered.... just so they can gobble down a few juicy baby-back ribs and tender sirloin steaks. But to them dogs are out of the picture.

But for Muslims, Pork is haram but just about all other animal is fair game.

And for Hindus, Beef is haram but other meat is fair game.

And Orientals like seafood and pork.

It is wrong to say Asians are "more cruel" to animals, when non-Asians slaughter and eat MORE MEAT than do Asians.

If we want to condemn how the animal is killed (painfully or quick), that is fine. But don't FALSELY say that Asians are more cruel, because you just need to go to butchers around the world and see the truth.

Believe it or not, India's treatment of cows is among the cruelest in the world. Since it is illegal to kill healthy, young cattle, they are often deliberately maimed. Their legs may be broken or they may be poisoned so that they can be declared fit for slaughter, not that too many slaughterhouse workers care. We have seen healthy calves and still productive milk cows openly killed.

Already mentioned before. They want to keep the skin intact, and can't be bothered with lethal injection because it costs money so used this inhumane method instead.
