China has not been colonised in the last few centuries. Only some minor parts like Hong Kong were colonised for over a century. In fact Hong Kong's UK colonisation probably helped China as Hong Kong's expertise and money propelled Southern China's industrialisation in the post 1978 reform period. Taiwan as well helped massively. I suggest you read a bit more about Chinese history from the last 500 years and then you would never have made the comment you did.
Like I already said one of the main reasons that nearly all African countries are so underdeveloped is that they are multi-ethnic. As an example of a multi-ethnic state that simply has failed to develop at a decent rate for the last 70 years look no further than your native country Pakistan, and this is also a state that took huge resources from BD in the 1947-1971 period. I would hate to think just how poor Pakistan would now be without this money from BD. Pakistan now is growing at only 3% GDP/capita whereas single ethnic BD is growing at over 6% GDP/capita a year. What do you think we shall see after one generation in terms of the living standards of Pakistan and BD at this rate? BD'shis will be far wealthier than Pakistanis even though Pakistan has had a 24 year head start in development.
Lastly, please look at Botswana as below as an example of a successful Black run country(lower number less corrupt):
See how corrupt Black Botswana is compared to your native Pakistan(India and BD are no better btw) below:
