Every airlines accept NHS test results. You need to print the email results or show them a text message. Also you need to print the confirmation email of the Covid test appointment confirmation to show the airlines the date and time of the test. Home testing is not acceptable for airlines as they don’t show the date and time of the results taken.

I did privately because NHS testing was reduced and paid 120 but it is more expensive now above 150 pounds.
