The guy who bumps Sisi is the Saudi ambassador in Egypt. @ minute 10:50 you can see him at the bottom of the stairwell running up to greet MBS.

@11:20 you can see him coming down with MBS to greet Sisi.
@11:30 Sisi greet MBS and the ambassador also.
@11:40 The ambassador then was very eager to introduce the Saudi embassy delegation that was at the left so he steps in between MBS and Sisi, prying his way so he can do the introducing lol.

Now watch the rest of the clip you can see the amb introducing all the Saudi delegates and then he steps out of the way to the far right where he belongs loooool.

Sisi actually respects the guy and allows him to do his thing lol. There was no disrespect or anything of the sort lol this crap happens all the time.

You're just bummed out that Algeria, which used to be a wealthier country than Egypt back in the mid-2000's has fallen off the cliff and Egypt's GDP has over doubled that of Algeria now. I now that hurts but don't worry, I have faith in Algeria it'll bounce back. It will be extremely difficult for it to catch up to Egypt anytime soon with the pace that the Egyptian economy is growing at and thanks to who? That's right, SISI! But it'll be ok.
