Absolutely agree and I wondered on this many times, as to how or why the USA had to do this for China.

If we do away with Conspiracy theories, of pure collusion between both (which again isn't that far fetched) the more logical possibility is America keeping quiet till they decouple to comfortable levels.

After the disintegration of the European Union, there is no other option to avoid the outbreak of class conflicts and ethnic conflicts. The only way is to restore the common identity recognition of Christianity, and it is logical to reconcile with Russia or the Orthodox Church on a larger scale.

Compared with China and the United States, Europe and Russia will have a crisis of decline and weakness, and getting closer to each other is an inevitable choice for realist politics.
