Why not , lets bring some Type-54A loaded with HQ-9s , bring some obsolete ships and do some target practice on them through F-22Ps and Type-54A using those fine new C-803A's. what say ?

I think we can do this after Pakistan acquiring the Type 054A, which will probably happen in the next 5 years.
