We have member here who is pashtun from post British settlement of Karachi but in census he will be urdu speaker. People started moving there since 1850.

Look at PPP urdu speaking members. Some are like Shela Raza, she's old settler. Others like Ghani are post 1947 muhajirs. So not all urdu speakers are same or support MQM agenda like you see on PDF.
