Ok let say someday if an Indian Organization intend to criticise Pak Constitution for their twisted clause about Ahamdi section you can see their evil Indians bashing against us.
Nocountry or its citizens tolerate the outsiders opinion about their Governance set up or Constitution.

Hindus hate each other in real life, so it does not surprise me jammu hindus were against Kashmiri brahmins. Maybe both belonged to different castes or some other hindu custom is the reason for hatered.

Well..this demand is unclear and uncalled for as article 25 (sec b) also include jains and buddhists and not only sikhs. The reason is of course the origin of these religions (off shoot of Hinduism). The inception of these streams were based on methodology of worshiping rather than a separate religion....this changed over time

PS: Founder of Sikhisim Guru Nanak Sahib was himself a Hindu

I believe Sikhsim is the fold of Hinduism.
Just the other day I had same debate with my Sikh(w/o turban, beard) classmate.
I pointed out this is a way to promote unity by accepting everyone into the fold and he should not be a spoilsport in this exercise.

In the end we agreed Hinduism is not one religion and Sikhism is one of the branches.

It is a matter of acceptance of distinct identity of a religion. Article 25 (b) of the Constitution just deprives the Sikhs of their legitimate rights. It clubs Sikhs with Hindus. Hindu marriage act considers Sikhs & Buddhists to be at par with Hindus. We have different marriage acts for Muslims & Hindus but not for Sikhs.

Thnax for info but B clause says Hindus shall be construed as including a reference to persons professing the Sikh, Jaina or Buddhist religion.
My point is this problem in not as big to include other countries in it. It should be solved in our parliament.

I've never ever blamed Hindus for Attack on Golden Temple, Terrorism in Punjab or 84 Genocide etc... I've always defended India on this very forum. In return, was given a Certificate of Traitor, Khalistani Support and should leave India etc...

If I can defend India, I do have right to crticse what I believe is wrong. If this makes, me traitor, Khalistani Terrorist etc. I'm happy to wear such badge with Honour as I'm clear about my consensus.


By the way, the Article 25B is same as the clause you are referring too. India and Pakistan both are same on this page. If there community would get support from anywhere, they'll accept it, like I am. This is my POV.
