Pakistan actually less than 10% of Kashmir most of it's AJK is actually Mirpur Jammu belt.
India holds the most important areas of Kashmir valley and 70% of Jammu and Kashmir population of 1947 resides in Indian owned part.

Pakistan doesn't even have the caoabilt to annex a single village from Indian Kashmir let alone the region.
