Siachen Hero wants India to act tough against Pakistan

. .
It is just a way to give some satisfaction to there hearts. Can't answer back at LOC. Then find solace in random acts of terrorism.

Just like when losing an argument pakistanis bring in mumbai attack and satisfy their hearts . Nothing out of the blue .

.
So supporting terrorists and killing innocent laborers was your response to a border skirmish. Very brave I must say. Bravo. :)

Terrorists, what terrorists? They were freedom fighters.

First one happened before your soldiers were killed. By the way it's strange that a bhartii is acknowledging that sadhoo hindustan supports terrorists.

Fair enough. But still you consider that Indian brave response. Tch tch.

So out of frustration you just stoop down to someone's else level. Good.

Bravery is relative, the trend was started by defining terrorists infiltration in '47 as freedom fighters.

And is wasn't defined by Indians.

It is about time that India took a firmer stand against Pakistani infiltration.

The attack on the parliament building, the aggression in Kargil and numerous other incidents and India's response, always protest, summon the High Commissioner of Pakistan and other such mealy mouthed actions. A more robust defence against such aggression will send the desired message to the neighbour to the west. A sharp, bloody nose will make them think twice before sending their soldiers or their terrorists across the border.
Pakistan is a failed state with large tracts of the country ungovernable by Lahore. Their adventures into India have a purpose and that is to deflect attention from the mess at home.

Can't. Votebank politics.

Can you beat that? There are some vermin who will not vote for a party that attacks Pakistan or even retaliates in military fashion to an unprovoked aggression?

That's modern India, post 2009 for you.

Whatever their purpose is, the purpose of our so-called government is to make India so vulnerable before elections that their political goals are achieved.

National security used to be the last bastion of honour and pride for the country.

Now politics has taken over that as well thanks to dirty politicians who advocate peace and love for the likes of Kasab and his ilk.

What can soldiers do at the border if enemies are within the country?

Honorary Captain (retd) Bana Singh, the man who won Siachen glacier for India, wants the government to send a tough message to Pakistan that enough is enough and they are ready to take them on if need arises.

“Strict steps should be taken so that they (Pakistan) also come to know that our patience cannot be tested… If they want to force something on us we are ready to deal with it... If Pakistan compels us, we are ready to fight them on”, Bana told dna.

Bana, the then Naib Subadar of 8 Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (JAKLI), was conferred with highest gallantry award Param Vir Chakra for displaying exemplary gallantry and valor in the battle of Siachen in 1987.

Pakistani army suffered major defeat in that year when Indian army led by Bana Singh captured their “Quaid” post located at 21153 feet which was later renamed “Bana” post. Bana Singh, who lives a post retirement life in small village of RS Pora in Jammu, was also conferred with honorary captain rank before his retirement.

“We also want good relations with new prime minister of Pakistan. What they do is contrary what they preach. Bus services, trains and truck are fine. But what they in turn are doing is danga fasad. They behead our soldiers and they kill our soldiers. Is this humanity? We are deployed to protect the country but they (Pakistani army) are heartless people ”, Bana said.

Honorary Captain however puts the ball in the court of the political executive to take a decision about dealing with Pakistan.

“Whatever job is given to us we can do it as per the orders of the government. Their (Pakistani) army carries orders (to take action) with them while as we have to seek orders from Delhi. Either they (centre) can give orders or keep mum... Later they (government) will tell people that they would do something or they are going to do something. In this process the time will pass”, he said.

Bana said entire country and even the ex-service men are ready to help and deal with any eventuality. "The force would always act as per the directives issued by the government. We are ready to deliver whenever we are ordered to do so”, he said.

Honorary Captain hoped that the things will become clear once the army chief briefs the defence ministry. “Army chief is already here. He will take stock of the situation and brief the government. Then the statement will be kept before the parliament”, he said.
