handling TLP type parties gets you into the good books of West, no such privilege for PTM type parties.

You post makes sense. TLP has more support than Pti. The only difference is all the big corrupt fishes joined Pti and they have their own vote bank and this is why the success in the elections. The reason TLP has gone quiet is not because of less support but because all top scholars told them to stop the protests as this is causing problems for Pakistan and giving bad name. TLP is not a traditional party, people who support ppp Pti PmlN also joined their protests and this is why they were able to shut down all of Pakistan. They did something which PmlN Pti and ppp can only dream about. But again something for us to think about. Pti can protest in Pakistan for 7 years but other smaller parties cannot do the same. Who decides this?

If everything is the responsibility of the military, then why have a government at all?

Where is the Interior Minister? Why is it that Fidaus Ashiq Awaan types dealing with this issue? Why has not a proper governmental political task force been set up to negotiate or look into solutions?

Where is the KPK government in all of this? At what point will it start to become IK's responsibility, given that he is the PM of Pakistan and has the Government in KPK?

Why wait for things to get out of hand and then do something?
