Pakistan need to invest in new stealth corvette design between 1000-1500 Tonnes (Full load), Speed between 28-33 knots.

1× 76.2 mm calibre AK–176M main gun (or better)
Type 730B CIWS (2× 30 mm 7-barrel gatling guns)
24 cell VLS for FM-90/HQ-7 SAM (or better)
2× 4-cell C-803 SSM launchers
2× 3-cell ET-52C torpedo launchers
2× 6-cell RDC-32 anti-submarine rockets
1× Harbin Z-9EC ASW helicopter
i guess the reason we are not going forward with this idea is that when we have to equip the ships with all chiese stuf then why invest in RnD to make an indegenious design.
all the weapon system that your have mentioned above are from china and our friend is willing to offer vessel in required configration then why invent in RnD. all the sesonsrs, radars, battle contronl system, weapons anr chinese and will literly take billions of dollars in RnD to make them indegeniously and wont be possible and adviseable keeping in view that PN is to maintain a fleet or around 12 ~ 16 vessel at a time (Operation charges come into play)

this is not a very positive approach but a cheap one.
personally i think that we must develop sea launched version of land attack cruise missile with range of around 1000 Km. and also some anti ship missiles. we must integrate these weapons on vessel that we are makeing at home under ToT from china (F-22p frigate or some thing more advanced). this way we can start moving toward more homemade stuff. with all the ToT experience, i am sure that we can make ships in pakistan. what we need to do is to sign a ToT of bigger friagtes with China, make the ships in Karachi and equip these with maximum possible home made stuff to begin with. this may include SAM, AShM and land LACM.

regards!

First two F-22P frigates were manufactured in China. I believe either the 3rd or 4th one will be built in Pakistan, although with some assistance. China has never been stingy when it comes to providing ToT to Pakistan. The most serious problem facing Pakistan navy is limited funding and limited manufacturing capability, not access to technology.

First two 3rd are built in China completely and 4th is also completed in Pakistan recently.

You are right, the most serious problem facing Pakistan navy is limited funding and limited manufacturing capability, not access to technology,.... and also corrupt leaders looking for foreigner companies profits instead local manufacturing.

In communicating with my source who is engineering in Pakistan NAVY long times, I saw F-22P (4th) myself, it was awesome and quick process.

The most important of all is AIP submarines which is more dangerous. You see, Pakistan planning to induct 6 Qing Class submarines including advanced AIP. It is great decisions and also more different kinds of frigates. (F-22P, Type 054 upgrading, Milgems from Turkey). Once you have alot of AIP submarines, Indian can't attack on Pakistan ports, its new Aircraft carrier is good idle sitting in Indian ocean. Indian Navy also counter at mighty China.

Pakistan need to have strong defensive rather (more frigates, submarines, JFT version for Navy, radars alerts)..... If more funds availables, maybe later we will induct more offensive (destroyers, nuclear powered submarines China have but isn't great due to heavy noises and easily detected on enemy radars).

Pakistan needs to keep developing an industrail base produce weapons and provide to all muslim countries as there is little industrialisation in muslim countries and this is why so many muslim lands are being invaded because we do not produce a lot of high tech weapons.

Muslims have a disease(most of them) and Pakistanis are no exception. They are addicted to getting a pat on the back from the western leaders or even indians. For that they can even sell their mothers. When you have politicians like that and more importantly when you have a population that elects or supports politicians like those, it is highly unlikely that any Muslim nation will ever develop a sound industrial or economic base and without those two you cannot produce high tech weapons. The corrupt, spineless politicians simply won't allow that to happen for they do the bidding for their foreign masters.

you are poor kid trolling all around if you don't know that pakistan also made agusta-90b its mean you still in high school btter to go homework and sleep baby .dont forget drink milk before sleeping as your mama said .

Pakistan and DCN France signed a contract for 3 Agosta 90-B submarines on 21 September 1994. Under the contract, one submarine was to be built in France while the remaining two were to be built in Pakistan. The first unit, "KHALID," was built in Cherbourg and delivered to Pakistan in 1999-2000. The sections of second unit, "SAAD," were constructed in Cherbourg and sent to Karachi for modular assembly in 2000. The third unit of the series, "HAMZA," has been manufactured entirely in Karachi.

PNS/M KHALID:

Pakistan Navy Submarine KHALID is the first of the Agosta-90B class submarines acquired by the Pakistan Navy from France. It was commissioned on 6 September 1999 and inducted into PN Fleet on 21 December 1999. The Agosta-90B is an improved version of the sea proven Agosta 70.

PNS/M KHALID encompasses all qualities to strike terror in the hearts of enemies. The submarine has deep diving capabilities and can undertake patrol of more than 60 days. She also posses state of the art Combat System integrating all available sensors to launch multi-purpose wire guided torpedoes and sub launched missiles. The outfit of submarine systems, weapons and sensors make her unique and unprecedented amongst the existing new generation conventional submarines.

PNS/M KHALID is named after Hazrat KHALID BIN WALID, the great Fighter and one of the most reputed military Commanders of Islam. Agosta submarines are currently in service with three navies. PNS/M KHALID incorporate improvements based on the experience gained by the French Navy and new advances in endurance, acoustic discretion, propulsion and diving capability. Its fully integrated COMBAT system enables the command to quickly evaluate the tactical situation and decide on an appropriate response. The submarine is capable to launch multipurpose torpedoes and submarine launched anti-ship missiles. PNS/M KHALID is first Agosta-90B class submarine built for Pakistan Navy by DCN Cherbourg. As per contract, this submarine was completely built in France. The submarine construction was completed on 8 Aug 98. Sea trials were conducted at Cherbourg, Brest and Toulon. PNS/M KHALID is the fore-runner of Pakistan Navy, capable of undertaking a wide variety of missions, far and deep from home waters.

PNS/M SAAD:

SAAD was the 1st Agosta-90B class submarine built at Pakistan Navy Dockyard under the Transfer of Technology (TOT) agreement with France. She was commissioned in Pakistan Navy on 13 December 2003. Then Ag Captain M Tariq Iqbal Sharafi PN (P.No. 2599) was designated at 1st Commanding Officer of PN Submarine SAAD. The submarine is capable of operating at deeper depths and can under take patrol of more than 60 days. These also posses the state of the art Combat System integrating all available sensors to launch multi purpose wire guided torpedoes and sub launched missiles. The outfit of submarine systems, weapons and sensors make it unique and unprecedented amongst the existing generation conventional submarines.

PNS/M HAMZA:
PNS/M HAMZA, the third Agosta 90B submarine that has been completely built at Pakistan Navy Dockyard was commissioned into Pakistan Navy Fleet on 26 September 2008. The submarine was launched in August 2006 by Begum Sehba Musharraf (wife of then president General (Rtd) Pervez Musharraf). The submarine is named after Hazrat Hamza who is one of the uncles of the last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). HAMZA was known as Lion of God and Lion of Heaven for his bravery. PN Submarine HAMZA is the first submarine that has been fitted with MESMA Air Independent Propulsion (AIP) system. The submarine has been indigenously constructed under transfer of technology programme by DCNS of France. Pakistan is the first country to use MESMA AIP system onboard a submarine.

look here some of your uncles making it in karachi

pakistan just Assembled Agosta 90b , they didn't produce any Parts of agosta's. DCNS shiped parts of Agosta and Pakistan assemble them into Shape.
