Should the Kurds have a referendum in Turkey?

Kurds in Tukey are Turkish... The majority of them acknowledge their kurdish roots but they feel themselfs as Turkish....

So why a turkish citizen need a referundum to get independence from his own country (Turkey)???

For the minority who don't see themselfs as TURKISH then they should start walking to north Syria or Iraqi Kurdistan...

Maybe Roms need a referundum to gain independance from Romania...
