No, we should not declare war against india. It will not only destabilize this region, but also invitation of Nuclear war.
Better we concentrate on economy, and ignore rants of Modi which is just for public consumption.
War is never solution. Table talk is the only way to solve all issues.

Nobody wants war. In fact given both countries have nuclear weapons war is not even a option. That is the whole point of nuclear weapons because they make war redudant. Simple MAD comes into play.

However having said that we must be honest and recognize we have major issue that began soon after both countries independance. And with respect to you it is not obsession, at least when seen from Pak's perspective. We could flip the coin around by saying India is obsessed by not allowing Kashmir go it's own way. The fact is this issue began many decades ago and has caused wars but has not been resolved. I could argue that India's obesession prevents it from looking at the problem. Most people know that this recent upsurge in Kashmir is entirely intrinsic to Kashmir with the killing of Burhan Wani. We also know he had huge traction in the Valley from the support and crowds that came out. While Pakistan has no doubt about it supported the Kashmiri groups but you have to also recognize it is not all external. Matbe Indian obession clouds their ability to comprehend this fact?

And merely holding on your considered stance over the decades is not obesession. You would be wrong in thinking it is indication of religious zealots or immaturity. I am neither. I am entirely secular but I support the Kashmiri right to sovereign nationhood.

Think about this. United States of America. A mighty superpower has kept up a 60 year tantrum against Fide Castro's Cuba. A tiny country that would get blown away if America sneezed. cuba can do nothing to mighty USA. Yet even today America keeps it's posture against Cuba in place over what exactly?

In the case of Kashmir Pakistan has many variables that impact it far more than Cuba could ever concievably do to USA. Of course I am not advocating war. All I am saying is Pakistan must focus on economics and geostrategic ascendancy. In fact economics and the uplift of the poor should be the priority.

Why would two of the most sophisticated defence forces indulge in a stupid war. We on forum talk rubbish to each other some time abuse too. But overseas when it's common ground except for Kashmir discussion which we avoid always to keep relation good. We respect and like each other.
We sometime fight and help each other getting out of comfort zones.

But we like to pull leg and get in to a skrimish battle for a di ck measure contest, that's where it ends no we don't war . We have more in common than difference between our people.

Btw in so many wars our forces never attacked civilians. Never hit the common public it's all a ego battle than a war.
